Everything here was good, I would love to stay here again. The room was tidy and immaculate and with milk for tea, comfortable bed plus balcony, had everything I needed.

We had an absolutely lovely stay at Avalon Guest House. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from sandy beaches and with convenient on-site parking. Helen and her husband were amazing hosts, always friendly and attentive. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We especially appreciated the vegetarian pasties that Helen prepared just for us. The property itself was clean and welcoming, with a comfortable bed and a luxurious shower. We couldn't find a single thing to complain about, as everything exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend staying at this wonderful guest house for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. we can't wait to return in the future.

What a delightful stay! We spent three nights at Avalon Guest House and it was absolutely perfect. The location is superb, just a short walk from the town centre and the beautiful beaches. The cleanliness of the bathroom, toilet, dining room, and our spacious bedroom with a comfortable bed was impressive. It felt like a home away from home, thanks to the friendly and accommodating hosts, Fiso and Helen. The dining room had a lovely table arrangement and a wide variety of breakfast options. The peaceful atmosphere was an added bonus. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay at a guest house in an ideal location. It was just a short walk from the train station and a few minutes from all the main attractions. Our room was comfortable and clean, allowing us to have a restful night's sleep. The breakfast selection was impressive, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The owner, Helen, was attentive and friendly, making our stay even more enjoyable. We also loved the games room, where we had fun playing snooker and table tennis. we highly recommend this place for a trip to Cornwall.

The hosts were friendly and accommodating, offering plenty of gluten-free breakfast options. The room was stylish and clean, with a balcony to enjoy. The guest house had a large dining room and games room, suitable for families. The location was central and convenient.
